SR500 EX

The SR500 EX fan is explosion-proof and specially adapted for use in an explosive atmosphere.

It can be used as an alternative to filter protections in all situations in which the latter are recommended. 

This fan is equipped with filters and the filtered air is supplied through a breathing hose to the head-top. The latter is then pressurised, which prevents the surrounding pollutants from being admitted. 

This Sundström SR 507 airline regulator connects to a compressed-air supply plus a range of hoods and face shields to form a breathing apparatus designed for continuous airflow. It’s especially suited to prolonged, heavy-duty work in environments where the pollutants are particularly toxic.

Sundstrom SR520 Hood. The hood together with the battery-powered SR 500, SR 500 EX or SR 700 fan and approved filters are included in the Sundström fan-assisted respiratory protection device systems.

SR530 Hood

For use with a powered respirator or compressed-air supply, the Sundström SR 530 respirator hood is a lightweight and comfortable face shield with an extended cape for protection from dust and debris. 

Part of the Sundström range of filters, this A1BE2K1 gas filter is for use with the SR 500 and SR 500 EX powered respirator units. It offers respiratory protection against organic and inorganic vapours, acid gases and ammonia, and it can be easily swapped for other filters depending on your application.
